Revocation — Fine Principles

A ‘consumer’ is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fine Principles, Alexandra Schwarzwald, Prenzlauer Allee 186, 10405 Berlin, Germany, or via hello@fineprinciples.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration. For this purpose, you can, for example, e-mail us or send a letter by post, or use our sample revocation form, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequence of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must repay you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse to make a repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that are not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

Costs for return shipment in case of revocation

In the event of cancellation, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods.

However, if everything was in order with the delivered goods, we reserve the right to withhold the regular costs of the return from the refund amount. These costs are 6,99 € for insured goods.

Contact us at hello@fineprinciples.com, and we will send you a return shipping label. However, the use of the return label is not a prerequisite for exercising your right of withdrawal.

If possible, return the goods to us in the original packaging and well-secured without any damage or contamination. If you no longer have the original packaging, then provide adequate protection (per item) against transport damage with suitable packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to inadequate packaging. Thank you.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
