At the moment, we only accept orders on request without express service, as production takes several weeks anyway. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery times are 3—5 working days within Germany and 5—8 to the shipping EU destinations.
We process our orders from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., except on Sundays and public holidays throughout Germany. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on these days, but always on the next working day. Should there be a delay, please contact email@example.com.
If you place orders with different production and delivery times, we will ship the goods upon completion at no additional cost to you.

Shipping costs shown include the statutory value-added tax and are calculated by us on a flat-rate basis. Please note that when shipping to a non-EU country, additional customs duties may apply. Fine Principles has no influence on customs clearance. The recipient always bears possible customs duties.
Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. As soon as your jewellery is finished and ready to be sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In this email, you will also find a link to track your shipment. This way you can keep an eye on your parcel. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
If you do not like the product or a piece does not fit, you can return the goods to us within 14 days without giving any reason. However, we would reserve the right to deduct the regular return shipping costs from the refund amount for perfect items. The return shipping costs within Germany amount to €6.99 for insured goods. We thank you for your understanding.
We will exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund the purchase price.
If you order a size that does not fit, and we do not have it in stock, we will of course refund the full purchase price. If you like, we will produce the desired item with the corresponding production time when you place a new order. In this case, we will contact you.
