Inspired by the possibilities of folding, our large bar earring XFBE32L2 captures the aesthetic of pleated structures in a contemporary yet graphical form. Every detail is brought to life through a meticulous process in Pforzheim: 3D-printed, cast from certified precious metals, and hand-finished with care. To honour its unique features, we keep the surface as pure as possible after casting — resulting in a subtly textured yet radiant finish that catches the light beautifully.

But don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! We offer a cleaning and touch-up service for all our customers. Simply send us your jewellery, and we’ll restore it to its original shine. As with all cherished jewellery, a little care goes a long way. While most of our designs are perfect for daily wear, the Series XF ring collection features outward-facing details that require extra attention. For this reason, we recommend occasional wear to preserve its form, as these delicate elements can’t be replicated once lost.

Shipping outside the EU

Please note that shipping may incur customs fees, which are determined during customs clearance and must be covered by the recipient.
Processing & Express shipping
At the moment, we only produce on request or in small batches, and therefore unfortunately do not offer express shipping, as production takes several weeks. We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding!
Revocation
If you do not like the product or a piece does not fit, you can return the goods to us within 14 days without giving any reason. However, we would reserve the right to deduct the regular return shipping costs from the refund amount for perfect items.
What can I do if I’ve ordered a wrong piece?
Don’t worry about it. Simply contact us at support@fineprinciples.com as soon as you notice the mistake, preferably the same day or the next day. Despite our best efforts, we can’t guarantee that we will be able to change your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, but ensure you do so as quickly as possible, preferably the same day or the next day.
Can I change my delivery address?
As long as we have not sent you a shipping confirmation, you can change your address. Please contact us at support@fineprinciples.com to exchange further details.
Do you accept different currencies?
Unfortunately, we don’t. At the moment, our prices are quoted in Euro (€).
Can you change the size of my ring?
Unfortunately, we can’t alter the ring after production due to the facets. Using a ring machine to stretch or reduce sizes would only result in dents along the inner or outer edges.
Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we only produce in small batches on request and ship without express service, as production takes several weeks anyway. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I return the jewellery?
You have the right to return the jewellery within fourteen days without giving any reason. Find more information at revocation.
Can I return customized jewellery?
Customized pieces of jewellery are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Can I get a refund for gift card orders?
There are no refunds on gift cards, as each order is sent with a personalized voucher code. Furthermore, we can’t pay out the voucher in cash.
